Timing
You can check in to the hotel any time after noon on Friday. If you’d like to book an extra night or two, you’re welcome to do so, just contact the hotel for rates.

The last organized activity ends around 2 p.m. on Sunday, so you’re free to do your own thing after that.

Driving from the Airport

The map above shows you how to get to boon hotel + spa from San Francisco International Airport (SFO). Other options include Oakland, Sacramento, and the very nearby Sonoma (if you’re flying from LA).

If you choose to fly into SFO, Toyota has graciously offered to loan us two
Priuses (Priusi?), two Highlanders, two Siennas, and an all-new Venza for the weekend. They can be picked up at the airport, so if you’d like to hitch a ride, you’ll be carpooling with other girls who arrive around the same time. You may need to kill some time at the airport for a bit before the next carload leaves, but we assume you’ll have your laptop, so you know what to do. Please drop us a line if you’d like a carpool slot so we can make sure you’re not wandering around Terminal 5 for three days.

Driving from Nearby
A few of you are close enough to drive. If you’d like to carpool with someone who lives near you, which we think is a smashing idea, contact us and we’ll help facilitate.
